Suma Selected Wagyu is sourced from cattle with exceptional genetics, featuring over 70% Tajima content in the bulls. The Tajima bloodline, a celebrated strain of the Japanese Black breed, is revered for producing beef with extraordinary, finely distributed marbling — the mark of superior flavor, tenderness, and juiciness.

These cattle are grain-fed for a minimum of 400 days on a carefully balanced barley-based diet, enhanced with wheat and hay. This specialized feeding regimen ensures optimal weight gain and intensifies the beef’s rich flavor and velvety texture, creating a truly luxurious eating experience.
